You will practice building your capacity to respond to life's challenges with a positive mindset. You will contemplate how you can convert your past and current work or life challenges into gifts or opportunities.

You will learn to generate the gift through the Five Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate and remember who you are.

You will explore how your thoughts and beliefs affect the results you see. You will learn how to empathize with yourself and offer yourself, unconditional love.

You will contemplate and visualize what you would love to enjoy in your next career chapter and create your growth path.
Your Map
You will create your personalized YouMap® career profile, including how to maximize your top strengths, your top values, and your career interests. You will complete the YouMap® workbook and reflect on your results, including reviewing your preferred skills and crafting your unique contribution, deal makers, and deal-breakers.
Your Laser-Focused Action
You will evaluate your LinkedIn profile and resume and update them to match your desired role. You will identify companies aligned with your values and targeted opportunities to land your dream job.
